Terry Wellesley

Terry Wellesley brings three decades of corporate credit card leadership to the position. Prior to joining BMO Harris, Wellesley guided the key strategic growth of Diners Club International as that corporate card program’s Senior Vice President for Corporate Sales Middle Market & Travel Industry. Wellesley is a former Senior Vice President for the Travel Industry/North America for Diners Club International and Vice President of Corporate Card & Business Development Canada for Diners enRoute Canada.

Prior to his work with Diners Club, Wellesley was a trusted industry consultant, heading his own firm, The Resolute Group. In the mid- to late-1980s he headed the American Express Japan team after leading the Business Development and launch teams of the Visa Travelers cheque program in Canada for Chase Manhattan Bank. He began his corporate card career with several senior level positions in the sales management team at Amex. Prior to his corporate career, Wellesley was a running back with Ottawa and Hamilton in the Canadian Football League for six years.

Paul Cargnelli
Managing Director, Business and Product Development

Paul has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. His team supports sales through product development, pre and post implementation consulting and has business responsibility for the technology infrastructure. Paul began his career at the bank with the technology team, evaluating leading edge solutions for potential implementation in the banking industry. He has had various senior appointments in Finance: leading the Planning, Forecasting and Analysis team for the Bank's largest group (Personal & Commercial Banking); acting as the CFO for the consumer and commercial credit card line of business for a period of approximately five years and was also a Senior Manager in Asset and Liability Management.

Paul has an extensive educational background with a Masters in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He is a Professional Engineer, having graduated from the University of Toronto. He also holds an accounting designation through the Certified General Accountants Association. He has a designation from the Institute of Canadian Bankers and has completed the Canadian Securities Course

Wendy J Hall
Managing Director, North American Public Sector

Wendy brings over 20 years banking experience to the Public Sector portfolio, including 5 years of servicing specifically to that sector. In her current role, she is accountable for oversight of all public sector commercial card accounts, including the federal government and large provincial card programs. Currently under her direct management are programs totally more than 33,000 accounts generating annual cardholder volume in excess of $2 billion. Prior to joining BMO Spend & Payment Solutions, Wendy was the General Manager of MERX which, prior to its sale in 1993, was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal. In her capacity as General Manager, Wendy was responsible for all aspects of running a line of business that serviced the federal and provincial governments and the MUSH sector in Canada. Key elements of this position were customer service and understanding the public sector's unique requirements. Wendy also brings a strong finance background to the Spend & Payments team, with both domestic and international Treasury experience.

Doug MacCallum
Managing Director, BMO Spend & Payment Solutions

Doug MacCallum brings over 25 years of senior management, direct sales, channel sales, marketing and business development for IT and software solution companies to BMO. Doug spend the last 8 years in the Spend Management industry where his supply chain and Spend Management expertise helped clients reduce their time and costs to accelerate bottom-line results.

Prior to joining BMO, Doug was the Director Sales, Canada for a leading Spend Management company. In late1990, Doug co-founded a business-to-business Internet ecommerce company that was ultimately headquartered in California, grew to 140 strong and over $30M USD in revenue and became a global leader within a highly competitive market. In the early 1990’s, Doug authored and developed the unique concept of Interactive Self-Service Systems, that is recognized as the forerunner to B2B Internet ecommerce.

At BMO, Doug was instrumental in developing the vision, strategy, and business plan for BMO’s Spend Management solutions. Today, Doug works closely with the BMO Sales and Relationship Management and Product teams to introduce, sell and deliver high value solutions to BMO clients.

Bill McIntosh
Managing Director, Relationship Management,
North American Private Sector

Bill joined BMO Spend & Payment Solutions in 1994, with responsibility to assess the corporate card market opportunity. Bill has held a number of roles within the BMO Spend & Payment Solutions group over the years assisting with managing the growth of a start-up operation into a multi-billion corporate card business. At present Bill leads a team of relationship managers serving large corporate clients throughout North America. Bill joined the Bank in 1980 and has held various management positions in the Controllers, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking divisions. Bill graduated with Honours from Concordia University in Montreal with a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Finance. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and a Certified Management Accountancy designation.

Ted Schneider
Senior Manager,
Business e-Commerce

Ted is responsible for the development and maintenance of BMO Spend & Payment Solutions’ software suite, including BMO details Online, BMO FlexPort and BMO Procure2Pay. Ted has over ten years experience in IT development with BMO, and has been instrumental in driving the growth of BMO Spend & Payment Solutions' program. Ted manages a development staff of several individuals, including Technical Consultants and Training Instructors. His team works closely with BMO’s sales and marketing groups, to monitor industry trends and evaluate client feedback to drive product enhancements. Prior to his career at BMO, Ted spent three years in the Canadian Military Reserve (Lieutenant) as a CIC Training Officer (overseeing Training staff and curriculum). Since joining BMO, Ted has had a wealth of experiences, including three years creating custom accounting solutions and developing integration for major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, proprietary), six years overseeing major ecommerce technology developments and support (BMO details Online, BMO FlexPort, BMO Procure2Pay and mainframe maintenance), and six years consulting for Fortune 1000 Organizations. His formal education includes a diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada

Wendy Visee
Managing Director, Sales Private Sector Canada

Wendy is responsible for new business development throughout Canada for Large Corporate Private Sector enterprises, and leads the sales team responsible for activity around BMO Spend & Payment Solution’s leading edge electronic procurement offerings. Wendy has been implementing MasterCard payment solutions in large corporate public and private clients for over ten years. As one of the original members of the Corporate Card team, Wendy managed the product development area and was instrumental in launching BMO’s Corporate Card program in 1996. Her successes include building BMO’s procurement card program into one of the fastest growing MasterCard programs in the industry, and transforming it into a true end to end e-procurement solutions offering. Wendy has held speaking podiums at several conferences and user groups.

Wendy has over 10 years experience in Electronic Banking Services including cardholder and merchant services. Due to her extensive experience in the Corporate Purchasing arena, Wendy has had the opportunity to share her insight about procurement and its evolution into the e-commerce realm by participating in various user groups sessions over the last three years.

Craig Weiner
Executive Managing Director, BMO Spend & Payment Solutions

Craig Weiner is the Executive Managing Director BMO Spend & Payment Solutions. Craig has over 21 years leadership experience in the Commercial Payment and Travel Industry. He has a proven track record of building, motivating and leading successful sales teams, syndicating best practices and sales strategies, and re-engineering sales processes. He has demonstrated his effectiveness in negotiating strategic partnerships throughout his career by identifying cutting edge companies with unique solutions for the Commercial Payment and Travel Industry.

Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Craig held key positions with top companies in the Industry. As Executive Vice President for Citicorp Diners Club, he was responsible for managing the North America Commercial Card business inclusive of the business development and client relationship organization, managing all lead generation programs and front end operations as well as B2B marketing initiatives. During his 15 years at American Express, Craig held a range of positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Account Development and Regional Vice President of Strategic Sales within the Global Commercial Card Group. He began his corporate career with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) winning the Rookie of the Year award and President’s Club recognition.

Peter J. Ziegler
Vice President, Acquisition Private Sector US

Peter has been with BMO Financial Group since 1985, holding a series of management positions in the Audit, Operations, and Controllers divisions, as well as Sales & Relationship Management positions with the Bank’s International Financial Institutions and Trade Finance divisions, serving both large corporate and middle market clients. Peter joined the Bank’s Commercial Card division in 2000 as a Director, and has been instrumental in developing the Bank’s U.S. Commercial Card sales and relationship management strategy for the Large Corporate, Middle Market and Institutional sectors. Peter presently has management responsibility for sales across the U.S. and Canada to Middle Market companies up to $2 billion in annual revenues. Peter graduated with Honors from Roosevelt University in Chicago with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, and has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program
