Terry WellesleyTerry Wellesley brings three decades of corporate credit card leadership to the position. Prior to joining BMO Harris, Wellesley guided the key strategic growth of Diners Club International as that corporate card programs Senior Vice President for Corporate Sales Middle Market & Travel Industry. Wellesley is a former Senior Vice President for the Travel Industry/North America for Diners Club International and Vice President of Corporate Card & Business Development Canada for Diners enRoute Canada.
Prior to his work with Diners Club, Wellesley was a trusted industry consultant, heading his own firm, The Resolute Group. In the mid- to late-1980s he headed the American Express Japan team after leading the Business Development and launch teams of the Visa Travelers cheque program in Canada for Chase Manhattan Bank. He began his corporate card career with several senior level positions in the sales management team at Amex. Prior to his corporate career, Wellesley was a running back with Ottawa and Hamilton in the Canadian Football League for six years.
Bill McIntoshBill joined BMO Spend & Payment Solutions in 1994, with responsibility to assess the corporate card market opportunity. Bill has held a number of roles within the BMO Spend & Payment Solutions group over the years assisting with managing the growth of a start-up operation into a multi-billion corporate card business. At present Bill leads a team of relationship managers serving large corporate clients throughout North America. Bill joined the Bank in 1980 and has held various management positions in the Controllers, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking divisions. Bill graduated with Honours from Concordia University in Montreal with a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Finance. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and a Certified Management Accountancy designation.
Wendy ViseeWendy is responsible for new business development throughout Canada for Large Corporate Private Sector enterprises, and leads the sales team responsible for activity around BMO Spend & Payment Solutions leading edge electronic procurement offerings. Wendy has been implementing MasterCard payment solutions in large corporate public and private clients for over ten years. As one of the original members of the Corporate Card team, Wendy managed the product development area and was instrumental in launching BMOs Corporate Card program in 1996. Her successes include building BMOs procurement card program into one of the fastest growing MasterCard programs in the industry, and transforming it into a true end to end e-procurement solutions offering. Wendy has held speaking podiums at several conferences and user groups.
Wendy has over 10 years experience in Electronic Banking Services including cardholder and merchant services. Due to her extensive experience in the Corporate Purchasing arena, Wendy has had the opportunity to share her insight about procurement and its evolution into the e-commerce realm by participating in various user groups sessions over the last three years.
Craig WeinerAs Managing Director for Alternate Sales, Craig is responsible for driving sales through alternate channels including building referral and cross-sell relationships both inside and outside Bank of Montreal and B2B Payment Solutions. In addition Craig has overall accountability for BMO’s SPA team who provide clients with consulting services and the Inside Sales team. Craig has over 22 years of sales and account management leadership experience in the commercial payment solutions and travel industry. He brings his expertise in identifying best practices and sales strategies, along with his ability to optimize sales and client relationship processes to this role.
Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Craig was the Executive Vice President for Citicorp Diners Club, where he was responsible for managing the North America Commercial Card business. He also spent 15 years at American Express, where he held a range of positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Account Development and Regional Vice President of Strategic Sales within the Global Commercial Card Group. He began his corporate career with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) winning the Rookie of the Year award and Presidents Club recognition.
Peter J. ZieglerPeter has been with BMO Financial Group since 1985, holding a series of management positions in the Audit, Operations, and Controllers divisions, as well as Sales & Relationship Management positions with the Banks International Financial Institutions and Trade Finance divisions, serving both large corporate and middle market clients. Peter joined the Banks Commercial Card division in 2000 as a Director, and has been instrumental in developing the Banks U.S. Commercial Card sales and relationship management strategy for the Large Corporate, Middle Market and Institutional sectors. Peter presently has management responsibility for sales across the U.S. and Canada to Middle Market companies up to $2 billion in annual revenues. Peter graduated with Honors from Roosevelt University in Chicago with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, and has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program
Andre BlanchardAndre is the Managing Director, Public Sector, responsible for sales, relationship management and account retention throughout North America. He leads the dedicated sales team responsible for growing BMO’s payment solutions and services in the public sector. Andre has over 10 years experience within the North American Commercial Cards and related Procure-to-Pay markets. He brings a unique perspective of the marketplace to this role and a demonstrated commitment to the public sector having held positions in sales leadership, consulting and travel and commercial card program management.
Andre has been with Bank of Montreal since 2007 as a Senior Sales and Relationship Manager for the public sector. Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Andre was a Regional Director of Business Development for EComm Strategies where he provided sales leadership for a Canadian Bank’s Commercial Card Services and consultative eProcurement/ePayments services for both the private and public sectors. He then continued his career progression, managing one of Canada’s largest end-user travel and commercial card programs.
Paul ShamonPaul is the Managing Director for Travel Industry Relations responsible for driving additional sales through managing referral relationships with Travel Management Companies in North America. He has over 25 years of experience specifically in the corporate travel arena both in North America and internationally. A distinguished executive, Paul brings his recognized creative problem-solving skills along with his managerial successes and subject matter expertise to this new role.
Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Paul was most recently a business development and strategic marketing consultant on areas relating to the corporate travel industry and corporate card trends and forecasts relating to the North American T&E marketplace. He also served as the Global Vice President for Marketing and Corporate Communications at Navigant International, Inc. and President of the Denali Group, Inc.
Judith StaffordJudith is the Managing Director, Mid Market, responsible for sales, relationship management and account retention for the US Western region. She leads the dedicated sales team responsible for growing BMO’s payment solutions and services in the US Western region. Judith has over 24 years in the commercial card payment solutions and travel industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Judith was the Senior Vice President, North American Relationship Management for Citicorp Diners Club where she was responsible for managing the North American client relationship organization and management of industry partnerships. She also spent 15 years at American Express where she held a variety of key sales, account management, and leadership positions. Judith played a significant role in growing American Express’ market share and revenues to Fortune 500 companies in Corporate Card, Purchasing Card and Business Travel and was instrumental in launching and introducing the purchasing card to the corporate market. Prior to American Express, Judith began her corporate career in the financial industry holding various accounting and controller positions in the retail industry.
Robert CoverickBob is the Managing Director, Strategic Accounts where he is responsible for BMO/Diners Club’s strategic account acquisitions and relationship management in North America. He leads the dedicated sales team responsible for growing BMO’s payment solutions and services in North America. Bob has over 28 years of experience in the commercial payment solutions industry. He brings an in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the client life cycle and a unique perspective to implementation and execution of industry- recognized “best practices” to drive program development and opportunity maximization.
Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Bob was Senior Vice President, North American Sales Management for Citicorp Diners Club where he was responsible for managing the North American Sales team at Citicorp Diners. Prior to Citicorp, Bob spent 20 years with American Express in positions of increasing responsibility ranging from sales and relationship management, to leadership of the sales and relationship management teams in the central region.
Peter BarnettPeter is the Managing Director, Mid Market, responsible for sales, relationship management and account retention for Canada. He leads the dedicated sales and relationship team responsible for growing BMO’s payment solutions and services in the Canadian Mid-Market region. Peter has more than 13 years of Corporate Card sales and support experience. He brings a track record of success in sales including several sales awards to this role.
Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Peter was Vice President, Sales Management Canada for the Canadian Citicorp Diners Club International organization. He started in the corporate payment industry as part of the Canadian Citicorp Diners Club International organization, selling Corporate Card solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations in Canada. His responsibilities grew to include Sales Management of the Canadian Citicorp Diners Club sales organization in 2004 and the Western US region in 2008. Earlier in his career Peter worked in the Human Resources industry selling HR solutions to Fortune 500 organizations in Canada. He progressed to become the manager of the Ontario sales force for Canada’s largest HR Solutions Provider.
